Key Highlights:

  • Identifying Stress Triggers

Participants shared common sources of stress in their daily routines, recognizing the center as both a place for learning and a safe social space for mutual support.

  • Balloon Exercise

A playful balloon-sitting exercise demonstrated how unaddressed stress can accumulate and eventually “burst,” prompting laughter and thoughtful reflection.

  • Emotional Coloring

Participants illustrated their recent emotions by coloring heart shapes in various shades, encouraging open discussion and awareness around emotional well-being.

  • Myth-Busting Quiz

In teams, participants used red and green cards to answer true-or-false questions about mental health, helping dispel common myths and misunderstandings. Students gained practical stress management skills, including the box breathing technique. Students developed a better understanding of Stress and mental health, its triggers, and coping strategies. They became more open to discussing personal challenges, helping build peer support.
