Act for Change.

HISCUS implements a diverse range of development projects to address critical challenges and empower marginalized communities across Nepal. We offer support and facilitation for various projects that enhance and drive community growth. Our partnership with various government bodies, NGOs, CBOs, the private sector, and individual donors is working on various aspects of peacebuilding, education, environment, and community development.

We have been closely working with youths, women, community people, partner organizations, and other stakeholders. HISCUS Nepal is always supported by The Nestling Trust UK to attain its objectives. Their help for us is not only limited financially. We ensure that our initiatives are implemented through a rights-based approach to attain sustainable living while maintaining a clean environment, peace, and harmony in society. HISCUS has successfully worked on various projects that have supported some of the hard-to-reach and poor communities.

Among those projects are:

The “Women Empowerment”

project is dedicated to strengthening the well-being, skills, and economic resilience of women in our community. Through a combination of health-focused initiatives and hands-on vocational training, the program supports women in gaining knowledge, confidence, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
