Participants: 18 women from Bethanchowck and nearby communities
Key Highlights:
- The pad making was the main and only interactive activity that was conducted during the programme. By separating the women into smaller groups, the volunteers were able to engage with individuals and give instructions on how to make the pads.
Impact:
- Participants successfully learned how to make reusable sanitary pads with the provided materials.
- Awareness of menstrual health and hygienic practices was strengthened.
- Participants were encouraged to share their new skills within their communities, helping extend the program’s impact.
