The “Stress Management and Self-care” workshop, lasting 2.5 hours, was specifically designed for women students from the Chabahil Center. It aimed to equip participants with practical tools and techniques to manage stress in a supportive environment effectively. The workshop was facilitated by counselors, volunteers, and representatives from HISCUS and had an attendance of  14 women.

Key Highlights: 

  • Color-Based Exploration: Encouraged emotional expression through colors and promoted interactive discussions.
  • Emotion-Based Engagement: Deepened understanding and expression of emotional states through storytelling and group reflections.
  • Relaxation Techniques: Introduced simple yet effective relaxation methods, including guided breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation.
