Key Highlights:
- The Two-Day Psychosocial Well-Being Program, conducted on July 10-11, 2024, targeted women students aged 15 to 60 to enhance their understanding of stress and mental well-being. The program featured interactive activities such as box breathing, stress-relief games, and myth-busting Q&A sessions, designed to help participants identify stressors, understand their symptoms, and learn practical stress management techniques.

Impact:
- The workshop included 20 students on both days, along with teachers from the CLC, 2 international volunteers, and 2 NGO representatives, creating a supportive environment for learning and sharing.
- The success of the program was assisted by enthusiastic participation and positive feedback, with attendees equipped with new tools for managing stress and a commitment to spreading their newfound knowledge within their communities.
